Diana M. Gáler, C-Suite Executive-Advisor and Alignment Chief

Diana Gáler is an Executive Coach and alignment specialist who brings to her clients the benefit of extensive coaching experience and a long career in senior management roles in the Pharmaceutical industry. Diana has advised individuals on change management, communication styles, team leadership, accelerating success in new roles, leadership and strategy development, executive presence, and corporate culture and engagement. 

Prior to her coaching and consulting work, Diana spent more than 25 years as a scientific leader at Warner-Lambert and Pfizer Global Research and Development, where she was responsible for a large global group with members in four countries.  Diana is particularly skilled in developing leadership talent through examination of individual values and strengths, and aligning to a sense of purpose through pragmatic problem solving. She is adept at identifying cultural barriers and creating strategies to overcome these in the workplace. She thoroughly understands the impact of change on both organizations and individuals and has been responsible for successfully implementing major change initiatives. 

Diana holds Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees from McGill University, and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from NYU. Diana received her certification as a Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and has also received certification as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.

In 2014 Diana was honored with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) Metro Chapter’s LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Dedication) Award for her numerous volunteer activities on behalf of the chapter.  Diana has co-led and been and Executive Coach for the Circle of Advisors Leadership program for Executive Women since the initial pilot in 2010.
